Launch of State of Design iPhone App
Mobile Muse is excited to partner with State of Design Festival to launch their iPhone app.
The 2010 State of Design Festival takes place from 14 – 25 July throughout metropolitan Melbourne, and regional centres around Victoria. More than 130,000 people are expected to experience one or more of over 100 public and trade events.
State of Design Festival is the public face of the Victorian Government Design Victoria Strategy. It increases the awareness of the value of design and showcases how design generates innovation, promotes sustainability and adds value to business and society.
The iPhone app features:
- A full listing of the State of Design Festival program, with the ability to filter events according to event type, presenters & speakers, sponsors and venues
- Event location plotted on Google maps, with ‘location aware’ GPS ability
- Bookmark your favourite items
- Save your favourite images as iPhone screensavers
- View photo galleries, the latest videos and listen to audio as they are added during the festival
- Stay up to date with the latest community news via Twitter, Facebook and guest bloggers
- Learn of special offers from Design partners
